Once it's live.
Most sites are worth keeping an eye on. The day-to-day is yours, and it should be. But two things are worth not leaving to chance platform and security updates. We offer a set number of hours each month for changes and new content, and a proper look at how the site is performing each quarter.
It isn't compulsory, and plenty of people manage fine without it. It's the difference between the site still being right in two years and the site falling behind.

Every site is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. No hourly surprises.
A fixed-scope site starts at $5,500. Built on a template with a set number of pages, two rounds of revisions, built properly on a platform that suits you. It's not a cheaper version of a custom build, it's a smaller one, and it's the right call for a lot of businesses.
A custom build, shaped around your customers from the ground up, starts around $8,000 and most land between $12,000 and $20,000. Sites with e-commerce, complex functionality or a lot of content run higher.
All prices ex GST. If you have a budget in mind, tell us early and we'll shape the scope to suit it.
A focused site with clear content can be live in a few weeks. Builds with e-commerce, integrations or a lot of content take longer. Every quote includes a timeline you can hold us to.
Webflow, Shopify and Wix Studio are our regulars. The platform serves the project, not the other way around, so we'll recommend the one that fits what you need and how you want to maintain it.
Yes. That's a design goal, not an afterthought. You'll get a handover guide in plain English or a full training session if you prefer, and we're around if you'd rather hand updates back to us.
